SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Sage Soap House for your natural soap needs! Below, we outline our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our customers.

Delivery Estimates:

We strive to deliver your order promptly. Our products are shipped PAN India with standard delivery estimates between 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with the delivery of your order.

Shipping Charges:

We have standard shipping charges for most locations. For all orders below Rs.1000, we charge a flat fee of Rs.50, all orders above Rs.1000 do not consist of additional shipping charges.

 

Tracking & Courier:

At Sage Soap House, we partner with reputable courier services to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. Some of our trusted shipping partners include DTDC, Shiprocket and Professional Couriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Bulk Orders and Custom Requests:

For bulk orders or custom gift packages, we offer personalized service to meet your specific requirements. Please feel free to contact us directly with your custom requests, and we will handle them with care. Kindly note that additional charges may apply for customizations and handling of bulk orders, we recommend placing bulk orders at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure stock availability and curing of the soaps.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Refunds:

Due to the nature and category of products we offer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases made through our website. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and integrity of our products and ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

At Sage Soap House, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure that each package is carefully examined before being shipped to our customers. However, we understand that in uncertain circumstances, shipments may be prone to damage during transit. In such cases, we regret that we cannot bear the charges for any damages incurred during shipping however customers may claim any damages caused with the respective delivery/courier partner.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. We agree to cancel orders only within 24 hours of receiving the order. To request a cancellation, please reach out to us via email at sagesoaphouse@gmail.com with your order details.

Please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Therefore, it is important to notify us of any cancellation requests within the specified time frame.
